Are you an experienced Pharmacy Assistant/Retail Manager ready to advance your career?
Terry White Chemmart Surrey Hills South is located on Riversdale Road, open 6 days per week. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with members of our community. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for customer care and operational excellence to lead and manage our pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
- With the Stock Controller, maintain appropriate stock levels of current and in-date stock
- Lead, train, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless prescription services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management in a pharmacy setting
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and relevant regulations
- Proficient in inventory and POS systems
