Our small team is excited to welcome a new Pharmacy Assistant full-time to their Dedicated to Care team. 

As our new Pharmacy Assistant, you will be motivated, eager to learn new skills, enjoy multi-tasking with stock control, promotions, catalogue set up, and have a passion for making a difference in someone's life with exceptional customer service.

Our Pharmacy Assistant/Stock Controllers

At Terry White Chemmart, our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first port of call when customers enter our pharmacy.

In this role you will be responsible for sales, top level customer service and giving advice on over the counter medicines where appropriate. At TerryWhite Chemmart, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of service in all aspects of our pharmacies, and our Pharmacy Assistants act as shining examples of this philosophy.

Our ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and an eye for merchandising. As customer care is a major focus for us, you will also have a passion for providing a quality and personable service to your customers. With so much variety in your role you will also be a great multitasker!

A pharmacy cannot function without the products on the shelf to provide to the customer to give them the best health possible. The Stock Controller ensures that our pharmacy has the right amount of stock, at the best possible price so our customers can always find the products they need at a competitive price. This role is vital to the business running smoothly, and the pharmacists being able to give the best possible care to our customers.

As our new Stock Controller, not only be required to order, maintain and replenish stock, but you will also need to monitor performance and rebates, ensure stock is maintained at the agreed budgeted levels, comply with stock weights for each SKU to the agreed levels - all whilst working within QCPP standards.

Our ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and an eye for merchandising and numbers – strength in administration is key. To succeed in this role, an ability to use stock monitoring software is vital, so a good degree of computer literacy is expected. You will also enjoy working as part of a team and have strong communication skills to relay important stock information to your teammates. Minfos experience is an advantage.
