TerryWhite Chemmart Burnie is located on Bass Highway, Cooee, open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-7pm, Saturday 9:30am-5pm, and Sunday 1pm-5pm, providing professional services and expert care to generations of families. Our pharmacies pride themselves on the ‘Forward Dispensing’ model, having our pharmacists actively engaging with our customers and utilising ALL their pharmacy knowledge. Future interns will work collaboratively with our staff across all areas and services.  TerryWhite Chemmart Burnie is part of a group of 6 pharmacies, so you will have the bonus opportunity to work in our FIVE South Australia pharmacies. As interns, you will have access to our ‘in-store’ compound training, vaccination and first aid training, aged care facility visits, drug management and education.  We also offer our interns the chance to attend the TerryWhite Chemmart Masterclass. The successful applicants must display excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.  

As an Intern Pharmacist at TerryWhite Chemmart Burnie, you can expect to assist in delivering:

• Face-to-face counselling with our customers.
• Building strong relationships within our community  
• Hands-on Clinical services such as Health Checks, Medication Reviews, Diabetics Clinic, Uti & OTP, DDA's, and more as the scope expands.
