Are you an experienced pharmacy assistant or healthcare worker with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a capable and friendly team member to join our busy community pharmacy in Toormina Shopping Centre.
About the Role
This is a dual-role position combining customer service with medication blister pack preparation (Webster-paks). You’ll be a key part of our team—supporting patients with their medication needs while also working behind the scenes to ensure timely and accurate packing of dose administration aids.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting customers at the front counter with warmth and professionalism
- Preparing and packing medication blister packs (Webster-paks and equivalents)
- Maintaining accurate medication profiles and patient records
- Collaborating with pharmacists to support safe and efficient dispensing
- Helping maintain a clean, well-organised dispensary and retail space
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or similar healthcare environment
- Confidence in customer service and communication
- Proven ability to work accurately with medications
- Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Webster-pak or DAA experience highly regarded
