- Part-time position

TerryWhite Chemmart Newton is located in the Newton Central Shopping Centre, George Road, trading 7 days per week - Monday to Friday 8:30am-7pm, Saturday 8:30am-5pm, and Sunday 11am-5pm providing professional services and expert care to generations of families. We are seeking a motivated Dispensary Technician for our Medication / Webster packing area with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As our new Dispensary Technician, you will be working alongside an amazing, experienced supporting team, reporting to the Aged Care / Community Pharmacist and dispensing using Fred-Stops software, with a primary focus on making our dispensary hum!
You will be responsible and accountable for the efficient and accurate dispensing of medicines and packing of dosage administration aids (Blister Packs, Dosettes, and Medi-sachets). With your solution-focused abilities, you will manage/coordinate the replenishment of stock movement and assist with the clerical duties in the dispensary whilst following all policies and procedures. You will also show a strong passion for providing complete patient care and making recommendations to our customers within your level of experience.
