The Opportunity:
- Position: Full-time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
- Location: Beautiful, renovated Brisbane office on Park Rd, just a 5-minute walk to both Milton Train Station & CityCat

What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Partner & Customer Support Officer to support TWC Network Partners and Customer Service functions. Reporting to the Partner Support Manager, you will:
- Act as the touchpoint for Network Partner inquiries and customer service escalations
- Ensure timely management of customer service queries
- Support Network Partners through Support Centre functions
- Manage Zendesk feedback systems for Network Partner support
- Assist with stock orders, credits, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the Partner Support team to implement effective customer service processes across the TWC network
- Perform ad-hoc admin & reception duties when required
What We Are Looking For:
A pharmacy superstar with extensive pharmacy experience and a strong stock control background. Experience with POS systems Minfos & Fred is highly advantageous. Additionally, you will have:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to prioritize and work well as part of a team
- An enthusiastic & positive approach to any challenge
- Great time management skills and multitasking ability
