- Manage the entire retail operations of the pharmacy, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and financial management
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to implement effective merchandising and promotion strategies
- Monitor sales and performance data, and make data-driven decisions to improve business outcomes
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail assistants, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality service
- Work closely with the owner and pharmacists to ensure adherence with all relevant laws and regulations governing the retail pharmacy industry
- Relevant management experience in a retail environment, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences
- Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive business improvements
- Sound knowledge of retail merchandising, inventory management, and financial reporting
