TerryWhite Chemmart Penrith Compounding is located on High Street, open 7 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:35pm, Saturday 9am-3pm and Sunday 9:30am-2pm offering our local community the best professional advice and health solutions 4 generations. 

As our new Dispensary Technician, you will be working alongside an amazing, experienced supporting team, dispensing using FREDDY Dispense software, with a primary focus on making our dispensary hum!

Scenario: You have joined our team and you have been tasked to create a websterpack where the patient wants their websterpack to be a piece of art and he has requested that we segregate different coloured tablets into different times. You successfully created a webster pack for her. After taking the last day's tablets in the Websterpack, the patient passed away. A forensic pathologist came to your desk and started asking questions about how you packed the webster pack. It was important to tell him what exactly you did and ensure nothing gets overlooked or missed. After the policeman left, the team felt like they were playing a game and were losing. What did you tell them or do to turn the situation around and get everyone motivated? After you spoke to the team, your manager is upset with you and would like you to write a one page detailed report about the above scenario.

Please submit a one-page report showing what steps you took to pack a websterpack that looks like a piece of art, why you moved the coloured capsules to different times and what coloured you kept together and if you used the colour wheel. Any questions you have to understand the scenario better, organise information, steps you take to ensure every piece of information is correct, any errors or any mistakes, anything you do to keep the team or the policeman happy, how you would deal with confilct and the angry manager and anything else you want to mention.

Our Dispensary Technicians

At TerryWhite Chemmart, our Dispensary Technicians are responsible and accountable for the efficient and accurate dispensing of medicines and packing of dosage administration aids. They also play an important role in providing administrative support within the dispensary. The Dispensary Technician is solution-focused and works to compile medicine orders for patients, manage stock, and correctly follow all policies and procedures. They will also show a strong passion for providing complete patient care and make recommendations to our customers within their level of experience.
