Opportunity for a qualified maintenance officer to service our group of 8 TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies located across the Sunshine Coast.
This is a casual position that would suit a semi-retired tradesperson. Hours will vary from week to week
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling all maintenance requests from stores
- Completion of all general maintenance tasks within the retail environment
- Maintaining professional appearance of all stores within the group internally and externally including gardens
- Coordinate and manage external contractors where required
- Ability to cover annual leave requirements for delivery drivers when required
You will have:
- Trade Qualification Plumbing or Carpentry or Electrical
- Current full Queensland driver’s license
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
